Bishop Thomas Clark, IV - Senior Pastor -

Bishop Thomas Arthur Clark, IV


Bishop Thomas Arthur Clark, IV was born on August 9, 1971 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Bishop Thomas A. Clark, Jr. and Elder Patricia O. Clark. He graduated from Mars Hill School in Chicago as valedictorian of his eighth grade class in 1985. He then attended Chicago’s prestigious Albert G. Lane Technical High School. He accepted the call of God to preach the Gospel in August of 1988 while a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center of Chicago under his father’s pastorate.

In 1994, upon earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Bishop Clark returned to Chicago and became very active in the youth ministry of the church. He was appointed as Youth Pastor in April, 1995. He has attended numerous classes, seminars and workshops on Christian Education, Church Development and Leadership Development to name a few. Through his studies, Bishop Clark has earned various certificates of completion as well as a Christian Education Diploma.

In February, 1998, Bishop Clark was released to organize the first church he pastored: Light of the World International. He served there until December, 2010. He was consecrated as a Bishop in 2004 while in the Fellowship of Independent Churches and Global Ministries, Inc., (F.I.G.) where he served as North Regional Bishop. In January 2006, he, along with Bishop T. A. Clark, Jr. and Bishop Sharon Garner organized The Fellowship of Kingdom Builders where he served as the First-Vice Presiding Bishop.

Bishop Clark is currently the proud pastor of World Deliverance Christian Center of Hillside, IL, which God led him and his father to organize in January, 2011 upon the merger of the churches they were respectively pastoring. In 2012, The Fellowship of Kingdom Builders became part of Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries (FTOM) under the leadership of Bishop Herbert Bright of Plainfield, NJ. In 2017 Bishop Clark was appointed as First-Vice Presiding Bishop for FTOM.

Bishop Clark preaches and teaches with power and simplicity to help ensure that the unsaved as well as the saved youth and older adults are able to receive the message God has specifically for them and in position to live a Spirit-filled life without limitations. This has led to him being invited to preach throughout the United States and internationally in places as far away as South Africa. He believes that the Gospel forces a conflict and often says: “Every time we have an encounter with Jesus, we must make a decision. We will either decide for Him or against Him, but we will make a decision.”

He is married to Lady Felicia Clark. The couple has a total of three children: Darius, Kyle and Nalisha and one grandson, Darius, Jr. Bishop Clark operates in the Gifts of the Spirit and is a true pastor, teacher.

Elder Stevyn Bonner - Staff Pastor -

Elder Stevyn Bonner Sr. was born in Chicago Illinois on October 1, 1982 to Patricia Bonner Hall and Charles Spivey. He is the eighth of fourteen children. He is also a fraternal twin of which he is twenty-eight minutes older. He is the proud husband of the most beautiful and amazing woman of God, Juguana Bonner since December 9, 2006. Out of this union, they are blessed with five beautiful children: Juwan, Jala, Autumn, Stevyn Jr., and Jamar.

Elder Bonner accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in September 1998 and joined New Beginnings Ministries Christian Center under the leadership of Pastor, Bishop Harold Beard Sr. During the time he was a member of New Beginnings Ministries Christian Center, he served as an Usher, Deacon and then received his license as a Minister. In June 2013, he was ordained an Elder under the International Global Association of Churches Fellowship.

In October 2013, Elder Bonner was led to World Deliverance Christian Center under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Bishop Thomas A. Clark, IV where he currently serves as a Staff Pastor and helps oversee the following ministries: Evangelism (Intake Counseling, Prison Ministry and Ministerial Alliance), Administration (Church Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Support, Public Relations/Internal Communications, Engineering and Finance), Deacons, Transportation and the World Deliverance Men’s Ministry (Men of Vision). Elder Bonner also serves on the World Deliverance Christian Center Board of Directors and as Chief Financial Officer. Elder Bonner also serves as the Director of the Men’s Ministry for Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries Inc.

Elder Bonner has been employed with Jewel-Osco since August 2004 and is currently in the role of Investigator/District Asset Protection Manager where he oversees seventeen locations ranging from Suburban Illinois out to the state of Iowa.

Elder Bonner counts it a privilege and honor to be used by God to help further advance the work of the Kingdom and to bring others into God’s family. He has a passion for souls to be saved and will continue to work diligently to be who God has called him to be.

Elder Yvette Mckinnie - Youth Pastor

Elder Yvette L. McKinnie was born in Chicago, IL on February 26, 1969. She is the youngest and the only daughter of Jesse and Minister LaAndrea Turner. She is the proud mother of two children, Octavia M. McKinnie and Michael McKinnie, Jr.

In 1983, she graduated from Burbank Elementary School, where she picked up Sign Language for a very special autistic cousin. She then attended Edward G. Foreman High School. After graduating in 1987, she attended Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, where she received her Associates Degree. She is seeking to further her education with a degree in Theology.

Elder McKinnie has attended numerous classes, trainings and conferences, as well as teaching classes to youth and adults. She has numerous certificates of completion. In 2007, while under the leadership of Bishop T.A. Clark, Jr. (former Faith Deliverance Christian Center), she was called into the Ministry. In 2008, she was licensed as a Minister to Preach, Teach and Evangelize the Gospel. In 2011, she bacame a Charter member of World Deliverance Christian Center under the Leadership of Bishop Thomas A. Clark, IV. In 2013, she was Ordained as an Elder.

At World Deliverance she serves a General Overseer of the Evangelism Ministry, Overseer of T.A.C. (Teens Anointed for Christ) and Teacher in the Ministry of Christian Education. She also is the Assistant Overseer of Evangelism for Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries (FTOM). Elder McKinnie has also travelled to South Africa, preaching and teaching the Word of God.

She has been employed with the Cook County Sheriff's Department for the past 22 years. During her years of service, she has recognized that she has been called to reach the lost, to heal the broken hearted, to pull down, to build, to plant and to restore lives. While working as a Cook County Sheriff, she has encountered many lost souls, hopelessness, broken hearted and much more. Her goal is to reach the lost generation so that the Kingdom of God will increase. She has a heart for God's people and loves talking about the Word of God to all.

Through many trials, tribulations and struggles that she may go through, as well as her victories, she continues to hold on to God's Word - Psalms 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth."

Elder Timothy Bell - Staff Pastor -

Elder Timothy Bell is the oldest out of two born to Marilyn Bell and the youngest of four born to two special parents, Bishop T.A. Clark Jr. and Elder Patricia Clark. He is the proud husband of a beautiful, loving, and caring wife, Starisha Bell, since September 11, 2010. Out of this union, they are blessed with 4 children: Danaeja; Tamaiya; Timothy, Jr.; Timotheus. They are also blessed with three special children: Morgan Jones; Zachariah McBride; and nephew Tyshawn Ward.

Elder Bell accepted Christ as his Lord and personal saviour at the age of 8 under the leadership of Bishop T.A. Clark Jr., as a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center. Elder Bell accepted his calling into the ministry in December of 2010 and preached is first sermon in December of 2010 entitled "It's Bigger Than You". This sermon was preached during Faith Deliverance Christian Center last church anniversary. In December of 2011, Elder Bell received his License as a Minister. In October of 2013, he was ordained as an Elder.

Elder Bell currently serves as the General Overseer for the Ministry of Shepherds Helpers at World Deliverance Christian Center under the leadership of Bishop Thomas Clark IV, where he oversees the following ministries: Events; Security; Nurses; Deacons; Armorbearers.

For the past 13 years, Elder Bell has been employed with the Target Corperation as a Loss Prevention Specialist. He has taken some General courses at one of The City Colleges, and plan to pursue a position in the Law enforcement community.

Deacon Ruth Price - Staff Pastor -

Ruth is a native Chicagoan. She retired from a management position with a major tool manufacturer. She is a widow and mother of four. After graduation from Hyde Park High School, Ruth worked while attending college, ultimately earning her B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1979 from Daniel Hale Williams University, then located on Chicago’s Westside. Since then, she has continued to learn new skills; the latest resulted in her state certification as a nursing assistant.

Ruth accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at Lake Michigan in 1975. She became a member of New Morning Star MB Church in December, 1978 where Dr. T.A. Clark, Jr. was Pastor. When Pastor Clark stepped out in faith to form a new church, Faith Deliverance Christian Center, Ruth and her family became Charter Members. During that time, she served variously as Sunday school teacher, assistant Church Clerk, Church Secretary, School of Ministry Servant Leader, and Ordained Deacon. Since the merger of Faith Deliverance and Light of the World International into World Deliverance Christian Center, Ruth has served as a member of the Education Ministry as Overseer of Trainings and Overseer of Small Groups. She was recently promoted to General Overseer of Small Groups and active Deacon and is excited about being a part of the continued mighty work that God has planned for His people.
